Sacramento, Calif. June 1, 2008 In his WEC debut, Chuck Grigsby lost to Mark Munoz, another fighter making his debut. Grigsby lost in the first round to Munoz via TKO (strikes). The loss is Grigsby's first since January of 2007. Grigsby is now 13-4 in his MMA career. In the main event, Jens Pulver lost a unanimous decision to WEC Featherweight champion, Urijah Faber. The judges scored it 50-45 and 50-44 (twice). For Faber, it was his 13th consecutive victory. Pulver is now 22-8-1 in MMA. Pulver lost his second fight in the WEC. His last fight was a submission victory over Cub Swanson, last December. The loss for Pulver tonight was his first career at the 145 lbs. weight class.
